The Legal Basis for Schmalfeldt v. Johnson, et al
Greetings
So a fellow in Elkridge, Maryland by the name of William Matthew Schmalfeldt isn’t especially good at taking what he dishes out. After over a decade of “exposing” and abusing those he disagrees with, he’s now taken to litigation.
Since libel suits necessarily are won or lost on the reputation of the plaintiff, it’s almost a pubic service for us to explore what Bill Schmalfeldt calls his “sterling reputation.”
Join me, won’t you?
